SurveyLama Gifts Policy
These SurveyLama Rewards Program Terms (the “Rules”) apply to all promotions run by SurveyLama (the “Site”).
1. Once you join SurveyLama, you will be rewarded in the form of points (“LamaPoints”). Other types of SurveyLama rewards may also be granted to you depending on the different Activities you perform on the Site.
2. When you register with SurveyLama, your Account status becomes "Active" and you can participate in all Activities that SurveyLama invites you to take part in and you can enjoy all the benefits associated with SurveyLama, such as access our Services and your fees, and you also have the option of contacting SurveyLama Staff. Maintaining your “Active” account means that you have joined SurveyLama and participated in an Activity or survey on the Site within 30 days of your initial registration or within any 90-day period.
3. Most of the surveys currently available allow you to earn LamaPoints by answering them. It will be clearly indicated on the Site, at the beginning of the survey or in the invitation sent by e-mail that you will receive from us, if the said survey does not allow you to earn any LamaPoints.
4. Your Account may also be suspended if:
• you have not taken part in any survey after registering with SurveyLama;
• you have not taken part in any survey during the first 30 days following your registration on SurveyLama;
• you have not participated in any surveys in a 90 day period.
If your Account has been suspended or closed, you have the right to ask SurveyLama to investigate such suspension or closure. In this event, please contact our Customer Service. If you believe that the suspension or termination of your account resulted from an error, you must contact SurveyLama by e-mail within sixty (60) days of said alleged error and explain in detail the origin of the dispute, indicating any relevant information that can prove the anomaly. Upon receipt of your request, we will investigate and notify you of our decision within thirty (30) days. If we need more time to decide on your request, we will let you know and try to make a decision as soon as possible. Any decision we make regarding such a request will be final.
5. SurveyLama will not notify you in advance of the cancellation or withdrawal of your LamaPoints. SurveyLama reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these rules regarding cancellation and withdrawal.
6. You can close your account at any time by going to the section relating to your account on our Site, and clicking on “Close my account”. The closure of your account will take effect immediately. If you are having trouble closing your account, please contact Customer Service. Customer Service will respond to you as soon as possible. Your account will be closed immediately upon deletion or unsubscribing from SurveyLama. You understand and agree that, as mentioned above, upon suspension, cancellation or closure of your account, your right to access the Services will cease and all LamaPoints credited to your account at time of such suspension, cancellation or closure will be void regardless of how or when they were earned. SurveyLama may terminate your account at any time and for any reason.
7. The LlamaPoints awarded will appear in your account no later than 30 days after you have completed a survey and you can redeem them as soon as they appear. SurveyLama takes steps reasonably necessary to ensure that the correct number of LamaPoints are credited to your account. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the correct number of LamaPoints are credited, and you have the option to report to SurveyLama no later than 2 months after completing the survey if the number of LamaPoints appearing on your account is incorrect. .
1. You will receive a certain number of LamaPoints per completed activity (depending on the complexity and other characteristics of the survey). The number of LamaPoints available for any activity will be shown on surveylama.com.
2. You can view your LamaPoints total by visiting the members page of the website.
3. LamaPoints are personal to you and cannot be transferred without written permission from SurveyLama. They are not considered property, and as such you may not sell, transfer or assign them to any third party without the written permission of SurveyLama.
1. You can only redeem LamaPoints if your SurveyLama account is active.
2. LamaPoints can be converted into gift vouchers or Paypal transfers.
3. LamaPoints are non-negotiable.
4. LifePoints Points can be redeemed on the Website. More information available on the website. SurveyLama reserves the right to modify available gifts at its sole discretion and without prior notification. You agree that SurveyLama is not responsible for any actions taken by a third party in administering the giveaways.
5. The value of your selected gift cannot be greater than the number of LamaPoints in your account. However, you can choose a gift of lesser value. All unused LamaPoints will remain in your account for future use. When you have redeemed your LlamaPoints, the appropriate number of points will be deducted from your account.
6. Gifts received as a result of redeeming LamaPoints cannot be exchanged, returned or converted to cash.
7. The images of the gifts presented on the website do not necessarily reproduce the colors and / or the precise model available as a gift, these depending on the color effects and updates of the providers.
8. SurveyLama reserves the right to substitute any giveaway with one of equal or greater value in the event that a giveaway is not available.
2. SurveyLama accepts no liability whatsoever in the handling of gifts by a Third Party Administrator, for injury, loss or damage of any kind, which may arise from the acceptance, possession or use of LamaPoints for their cash value or redeemed merchandise with SurveyLama gift points.
